Terms and Conditions for Alexis Foley

Welcome to Alexis Foley (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a product, enrolling in a coaching program, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services or products.
🪶 1. Overview
Alexis Foley offers three primary services:
Coaching Services through the Fresh Start Framework, a 1:1 coaching program for personal and professional growth.
Custom Pottery Orders, including handmade mugs and small-batch ceramic pieces crafted at Clay Room in San Mateo, California.
Pottery Shop Purchases, including one-of-a-kind handmade pottery, ceramics, and other artisan goods available for immediate purchase through the online shop.
These terms apply to all transactions, online or in person, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
🌙 2. Coaching Services
Nature of Services
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you clarify goals, explore possibilities, and take aligned action. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment or a signed payment plan agreement is required before coaching sessions begin.
Payments are non-refundable once the program has started.
In the rare event of illness or emergency requiring schedule adjustments, we will reschedule within the program timeframe.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared in coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Intellectual Property
All program materials, frameworks, and tools (including the Fresh Start Framework and any downloadable resources) are the intellectual property of Alexis Foley. You may use them for personal growth but not for commercial replication or distribution.
🏺 3. Custom Pottery Orders
Nature of Orders
Custom pottery is created specifically for you based on approved design details, quantity, timeline, and pricing. A consultation is required prior to production. A prototype or design proof may be provided for approval before full production begins.
Payment & Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or pickup.
Quality & Variations
All pottery is handmade. Slight variations in shape, size, color, texture, and finish are a natural part of the artisan process and are not considered defects.
Returns, Refunds & Shipping Damage
Due to the custom and handmade nature of pottery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If your pottery arrives damaged during shipping, please contact hello@alexisfoley.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item, packaging materials, and shipping box. Verified claims may be eligible for a remake, replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
We package each order carefully for shipment. We are not responsible for carrier delays or shipping disruptions beyond our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping-related issues when possible.
Care & Use
Most pottery is microwave- and dishwasher-safe unless otherwise noted. Avoid thermal shock, open flames, and stovetop use. Handle all ceramic items with care to prevent chipping or breakage.
🏺 4. Ready-to-Ship Pottery & Shop Purchases
Nature of Orders
Ready-to-ship pottery includes one-of-a-kind handmade pieces available for immediate purchase through the online shop.
Quality & Variations
All pottery is handmade. Slight variations in shape, size, color, texture, and finish are a natural part of the artisan process and are not considered defects.
Returns, Refunds & Shipping Damage
Due to the handmade and unique nature of these pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you purchase apparel or other handmade items, please follow the care instructions provided on each product. Due to small-batch production, variations in color, texture, or sizing may occur.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through purchases, consultations, or coaching sessions will be used solely for order fulfillment, scheduling, or communication about your services. We do not share or sell your information.
🪞 7. Limitation of Liability
By engaging with our products or services, you agree that Alexis Foley is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use, misuse, or inability to use products or coaching materials.
✨ 8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping delays, illness, or internet outages.

All photographs, product descriptions, and coaching materials are the property of Alexis Foley. No part of this website or its content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
