Every project begins with a complimentary consultation where we explore your vision, logo, or design ideas. Next, I’ll create a prototype mug for your review and approval. Once you’re happy with the prototype, I move into full production, crafting each piece by hand at Clay Room in San Mateo. The final step is pickup, delivery, or shipping, from my hands to yours.

Most clients order custom mugs, but I also create vases, planters, or small gift sets for events, retail, and hospitality. If you’re unsure what’s possible, we’ll discuss options during your consultation and find the best fit for your project.

Because every piece is handmade and requires multiple kiln firings, production typically takes 4–6 weeks from prototype approval. Larger batches or complex designs may take slightly longer, but I’ll always keep you updated with clear timelines.

The minimum order is six pieces, and I can accommodate up to two dozen (24) pieces per batch. Each piece is handmade, ensuring consistent quality and craftsmanship at every scale.

Pricing ranges from $40–$50 per mug, depending on the level of customization (such as specialty handles, glazing, or design work). Custom vases and other pieces are priced by size and complexity. You’ll receive a detailed quote after your consultation.

A 50% deposit is required to begin production after your prototype is approved. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before pickup or delivery. Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, or invoice.
